No it does not. I work with specific materials and therfore my own soundset needs to come along at all times. When you have a soundset that meets my standards for soundquality I will plug in my set on yours (where possible).

No this is not required. It is howver required to have the needed amount of working space. This can be marked of with tape .
For outdoor events you need to arrange powersupply, roofing and wind protection. This is for the soundset and the safety of my gear (backdrop can't take a lot of wind).

This has to to with my vocal range, needen materials and time.

I can vocally manage 20 kids without using soundreinforment, also for balloon moddeling this fits in perfect timewise.
For this reason there also can't be to many adults present, Their talk will overpower my voice.

When you celebrete the party in another venue tehn you home I will have my soundset with me and the numer of adults can be larger, the numer of kids stays teh same due to teh needed time for balloon modeling.

Some of our services, such as the face painting stand, painting wall, and cotton candy machine, are additional services.
Because of their additional status they are only for rent in combination with our core services such as our shows.

For the painting wall the reason is the amount of work that is needed to complete he canvas.
For tha face painting stand because face painting is very time comsuming, with a minimum of 4 hours there is enough time for all children.

Al our promotion materials are made in two varieties:
A CZE verion and a neural version.
Voor artist agencies and bookingagents we work with the neutral version fitted with their contact details.

The shows from Clown Zassie Entertainemnt are designed to be played in one go. This gives the best result for the show.
A brake in the show is therefore unadvised, because it brakes down the show and the audience concentration. If you really want a brake it is possible, The brake can ba maximum 20 minutes, on longer brakes we will charge waiting time.

A better possibility is an extened show of 2x 45 minutes. Feel free to inquire to the possibilities.

For some occasions multiple and shorter shows are prefered. Shopping centres for instance, or with promotions, or on festivals.
It is possible to so multiple shows on a day and/ or to do various shorter shows. This is a tailored approach, so please inquire for the possibilities and costs.

The services of uor stiltwalker go per 4 hours. If you want a shorter period: it's possible, but the costs remain the same.

Het is mogelijk om via Clown Zassie Entertainment meerdere steltlopers in te huren. De kosten hiervan hangen af van het aantal, de locatie, kostuum wensen en beschikbaarheid van de steltlopers. Informeer gerust naar de mogelijkheden.

The costs for a custom designed costume depend on a varity of things: the materials, production time, complexity, etc. There is no easy answer to this, every case is looked upon and calculated seperatly.
Keep in mind that the production time for a costume is somewhere between 4-6 weeks, complex costumes take longer.

If the ceiling height allows it a stiltwalker can perform insid.
Be aware that the minimum required ceiling height needs to be 300 centimeters.

No, we're not a clothing rental company. We offer qualitative and wrry free entertainment. If you want to rent costumes please inquire at your local party shop.

This is not possible. We're not a rental company, but an entertainment company. Our goal is to provide your event with good quality, worry free entertainment. That's why we only offer the cotton candy machine with an operator. That way you have nothing to worry about and we can always offer quality and a well maintained machine. For rent of machines without operator you can consult various rental companies in your own region.

In 90% of all cass this is not possible. This is because the machine only comes in combination with other services, and is build into the stand which is large and heavy. The stand can't travel up staircases and doesn't fit through most single doors, a double door is needed. Because we always supply an operator costs are usualy to high for the average birthday party.

But If you're planning for a big party, you have double doors, no stairs, and are willing to pay the costs: you can hire the cotton candy machine.

This has to do wth the capacity of our sound set. We use a powerfull sound reinforcement system, but even that has it's limits. De maximum capacity (depending on various factors) lies around 200 persons. If there is a larger crowd we can't quaranty that the sound is powerfull enough for all te hear.
If you expect more people you need to take care of a suitable sound system with the right capacity. We will link our set to yours then.

For the balloon artists there is a minimum of two hours for all locations outside of 90 kilometers. Reason for that is to keep the rates sharp. Outside of this distance we loose to much time travelling. We have chosen for a favourable starting rate at a maximum distance. This way you can get good quality entertainment for a good price

Yes, I have a VAR (WUO), I'm also registered with the chamber of commerce.

Our balloonartists have specialised in making larger balloonfigures. The focus is oin the entertainment value: they make creations that people will remember for a long time in a very entertaining way. Quality is our trade, not quantity. If you want someone that can supply a large amount of children with a baloon in a small amount of time... wen can not help you.

It doesn't happen often, but it can happen: sickness. In case this happens I will contact you directly to inform you and see if we can find a solution. Due to my extended network of artists we can often find a solution. However I can't guarantee anything, Sickness is and will always be something that can't be helped. If something can be found, there is a chance that it might be more expensive, due to my sharp rates.

For all shows theere is no surcharge on holidays. For tha balloon artists, stiltwalkers, walkaround figures we do use a surcharge.
On holidays, during carnival and the St. Nicholas period we also do NOT organise birthday parties.

Yes you can! You can place an option on a date and a specific time. Important is that the time and location are already known. Your option will stand for a maximum of 14 days (for birthday parties this is a maximum of 5 days).

We do not cancel gigs for better deals, TV appearances, royalty celeberties, or anything else.
